Join dozens of ice carvers as they descend on Edmonton this January for a sparkling tribute to the winter season. New this year, Ice on Whyte has a little help from Edmonton’s newest sister city and province, Harbin, Heilongjiang , China to transform Old Strathcona into an ice and snow wonderland! They have some knowledge on the subject as they host some of the largest ice and snow carving festivals in the world.
