This seminar will touch on all aspects of real estate investing: what is a good deal, how to find a good deal, how to structure financing and legal terms, easy property management, how and when to sell and get the best return on your investment. For those of you who attended our Client Appreciation BBQ we thank you. Your continuous support is more appreciated than you know. We truly take pride in being able to put on events like this to show our gratitiude. We hope you had a great time, we certainly did. For those of you who couldn’t attend, we look forward to seeing you next time.
 

May 25, 2006: Buying, Selling, and Investing Seminar

Our first information seminar was very well recieved by past, current and future clients. John Carter spoke on general buying information for first time buyers and on how to avoid costly mistakes when buying. He also spoke on how to sell for the highest and best price, as well as what you can do to prepare to sell. Investing in real estate was also touched on. Our two guest speakers: Jay Kelly from Centum Elite Mortgage spoke on various mortgage products currently available, and James Song from Bosecke & Song LLP spoke on legal issues to watch for in the real estate transaction.
 

December 14th, 2005: Sponsor a Bus for Bright Nights

We had a great time playing host to our bus full of kids and their families from St. Alphonsus’ school. We saw the lights at Hawrelak Park, then past the Legislature and finally onto Sir Winston Churchill Square.
