• Reserve Fund Study - completed in July 2010. The board has adopted the recommendation of this on pages 55-59. They have voted and approved as our Reserve Fund Plan to use the ‘breakeven scenario’ (attached – Cedar.10.JC2) of adding $6,000/year to the fund, which is currently at $48,500 at Sept 30th as per the financial statements. That is one factor in the increased operating budget and condo fees for 2011 (above).
